DONATIONS
Much of our support comes in the form of donations made by corporate groups, local churches, Feed Nova Scotia and the Christian Relief & Development Coalition. This generous assistance is the cornerstone of our efforts, as are the tireless volunteers who bring it all together each day at Margaret's House.
No donation is too small...here are a few easy and creative ways you can assist:
- donate your time - become a volunteer
- donate your services
- drop off items such as apple juice, margarine, Ziploc bags, ground coffee, paper towel, large or XL black garbage bags
- donate surplus vegetables from your garden
- drop off your clean, regular-sized grocery bags
- drop off leftovers from an office party/social function
- make a financial donation

We can also make use of your clean yogurt-type containers with lids (for guest take-away meals) and clean grocery-size plastic bags (for guest giveaways). No contribution is ever too small and is always appreciated
